Levant's defense of free speech

Ezra Levant should get some sort of award for his brave and principled stand for free speech in Canada. Check out the video in his posts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.

As D.A. Ridgley puts it, “Levant’s responses to the bureaucrat seated across the table from him during the taped hearing [are] precisely how free people of any nation should always deal with government officials under such circumstances!” Or, as Christopher Hitchens put it elsewhere, “My own opinion is enough for me, and I claim the right to have it defended against any consensus, any majority, anywhere, any place, any time, and anyone who disagrees with this can pick a number, get on line, and kiss my ass….”
