My article, "So It's A Tax...Now What? Some of The Problems Remaining After NFIB v. Sebelius," has been accepted by the Texas Review of Law & Politics. You can download the current draft here. In it, I argue that the Individual Mandate, interpreted as a tax, violates the Uniformity, Apportionment, and Origination Clauses of the Constitution.
