Where are they now?

I’ve been thinking for some time of compiling a list of companies I’ve seen die within my lifetime. It’s so easy for people to overlook the dynamic nature of the marketplace, and to forget that the corporations you assume will be around forever are actually very likely to be unheard-of by the next generation.
