Palmer on Sunstein

In the past, I’ve often criticized Cass Sunstein for what I call the Red Queen view of politics: that all social orders are the government’s creatures, and therefore that all rights are really just permissions from the government. Tom Palmer has a brief article on this at National Review Online.
