Scharf on Paul and the Civil War

Joshua Sharf at Politics West comments on Ron Paul’s Civil War views. He makes excellent points (except for his bizarre suggestion that “Randian Libertarians” somehow support Ron Paul on this or other issues; if anything, we’re the minority that cheers for Lincoln). He concludes: “in the end, this debate isn’t really about the Civil War, is it? It’s about the current War against the Jihadis. Because if the Civil War was optional, then pretty much any war is.”
