Went to the Sacramento Tea Party today. Some photos below the fold. I'm glad to say it was a very polite, patriotic, enthusiastic, all-American crowd. A few Ron Paul wackos, but not enough to disrupt the message. Congressman McClintock's speech was very nice and well received, although the crowd was notably unenthusiastic about any language that sounded like it was pro-Republican Party. I would say the crowd was at least 5,000. Jon Coupal said he thought it was 10,000. I was in a bad place to see the crowd all at once, but I do know they shut down 10th street because the crowd was so big.
