Pelosi's hilariously stupid objection to the term "Obamacare"

When it's trending upward, it's "Obamacare." When it's trending downward, it's "The Affordable Care Act...affordable, affordable, affordable, affordable, affordable...." except that it is not.

What do they call it when you say the same falsehood over and over again, hoping people will believe it...?
