The House of Representatives is expected to vote tomorrow on the federal version of Right to Try--legislation to allow terminally ill patients the right to access medicine that's been approved for safety by the FDA but which the FDA hasn't yet approved for sale. As you probably know, it's now law in almost 40 states, and the Senate approved a federal version of it unanimously just some weeks ago. The Administration has also announced its support, but it's not a partisan issue. Right to Try has been approved by overwhelming majorities of Democratic and Republican lawmakers across the country. It's time that it became the law of the land. Please contact your representative right away and urge him or her to support Right to Try.
