Discussing proposed constitutional amendments

A few days ago, I joined Profs. Ilan Wurman and Caroline Frederickson as well as Jeff Rosen from the National Constitution Center to discuss the proposed constitutional amendments that we came up with as part of a project sponsored by the Center. We got to talk about not just our ideas, but also those of the American founding, the principles of good government, and the need for constitutional structures that preserve individual rights.
